1.Why this subscription system?

For years, Daoust has been recognized as a reliable and professional service voucher company. Today, like many other players in the sector, due to the pressure of external factors (increased wage costs, operating costs, and many others), we are forced to introduce administrative fees (in the form of a subscription) for our clients.

This subscription system helps ensure the financial health of our service voucher activity and also maintains a level of service quality that we hold dear:

• Commitment and provision of a housekeeper
• Management of the schedules of housekeepers and our clients
• In case of absence, the possibility to provide a replacement housekeeper for your usual one
• Utilization of your housekeepers during your absences
• Training of our housekeepers
• Continuous innovation of our services, such as real-time notification of an unexpected absence of your housekeeper via SMS

2. Do other Service Vouchers companies also charge additional fees?

Yes, the majority of commercial service voucher companies do charge additional fees, some of which go up to 2 € per hour. At Daoust, the amount is 9.99 € per month. This is a monthly subscription that will be billed once every quarter, totaling 29.97 €.

3. Is it legal to charge additional fees?

Yes, Service Vouchers companies are allowed to charge administrative fees. Regarding this matter, you can find the following links:

4.Is the subscription price the same for everyone?

Yes, regardless of the number of hours worked by the housekeeper, the subscription price is €9.99 per month.

5.When and how often will the subscription be billed?

At the beginning of each quarter, you will receive a call to pay your administrative fees for the quarter (3 months X €9.99) through our partner POM. This system aims to be easy and quick.

Becoming a client at Daoust in the middle of the quarter? You will receive the first invoice from the month following the first cleaning for the end of the quarter. Then, at the beginning of the following quarter, you will receive the usual payment request (see explanation above).

6. What happens if I don’t pay the subscription?

If you fail to pay your subscription, you will initially receive payment reminders. If no action is taken after these reminders, Daoust reserves the right to stop the services of your housekeeper and the collaboration at the end of the quarter.

7.Who should I contact if I have questions about the commercial agreement and/or the general terms and conditions?

We encourage you to contact your JobCenter directly, as they will best address your questions. For your information, the new general terms and conditions for 2023 are available on our website.

8. How do I pay my subscription?

Yes. If your housekeeper is absent, we will do our utmost to provide a replacement.

9. Comment payer mon abonnement ?

As mentioned above, our fees are billed through the POM system.

You will receive a payment request, and you have several payment options:

• Scan a QR code: quick, safe, and efficient
• By direct debit

10.How will I receive the payment request?

By default and for the sake of quick and eco-friendly service, your payment request will be sent to you via email.

If email delivery is not possible, the payment request will also be sent by mail or SMS.

11. Is this subscription tax-deductible?

No, this subscription is not tax-deductible. Only service vouchers are.

12. I have an issue with my invoice, who can I contact?

All matters related to the billing of the subscription are handled by our Finance department. Therefore, your JobCenter will not be able to address billing issues.

You don’t even need to be registered as a job seeker or be unemployed. We’ve heard that workers receiving unemployment benefits, integration income, or social assistance and having a contract for service vouchers may, under certain conditions, retain some of their benefits. Contact the nearest Daoust JobCenter for more information on this.
