Daoust Outplacement: How it works

Interested in our services, here is how it works!

• Contact Daoust Outplacement via 02/548 94 66 or outplacement@daoust.be.
• We send you an offer to support your former employee(s).
• Choose the outplacement formula:
  • Group programme: sessions of about 4 hours, per group between 4 and 10 people on average.
  • Mixed programme: combination of individual (sessions of about 2 hours) and group sessions .
  • Individual programme: individual sessions of about 2 hours.
• Within 15 days of the last working day,propose Outplacement Daoust’s offer in writing to your former employee. They will give you their answer by registered letter within one month of the date of sending.
• Send this offer signed by you and the written confirmation signed by your former employee to Daoust Outplacement.
• Once the payment has been made, outplacement can begin! Your former employee follows an outplacement programme of 60 hours.
