What types of services and advice?
- Emotional and motivational support
- Training: The candidate will learn the techniques of prospection, interviews and market penetration and they will put them into practice.
- Coaching: the consultant works intensely with the candidate to build a job prospecting campaign.
- Logistic support: Daoust Outplacement provides the candidate with the indispensable sources of information on the labour market (press, magazines, reference works) and the necessary infrastructure (offices, telephone, fax, internet access) in search of employment.
How guidance and support works
An outplacement programme consists of three modules of 20 hours each, spread over a period of maximum 1 year.
Guidance and support can be individual, in a group, or mixed.
Job loss guarantee
If your former employee finds a new job but loses it within three months, outplacement support can be resumed where it was interrupted.
