What is Temping?
Temping is the provision of temporary workers by Daoust to client companies.
In this process, 2 contracts are signed:
- One employment contract between the temporary worker and Daoust (Daoust is the employer).
- One commercial offer between the client company and Daoust.
Temporary worker status does not change the worker’s legal rights: he or she has the same rights as your employees.
2 ways to call on us:
- Complete selection: we select the candidates according to your criteria and we take care of all the follow-up
- Payroll: you select your candidate(s) and we take care of the rest. This service allows you to benefit from better invoicing coefficients!
In both cases, we take care of all the contractual and administrative constraints: contracts, company documents, payments, leave management, etc.
How much does it cost?
The interim invoicing rate is calculated by multiplying the gross hourly wage of the temporary worker by a coefficient that varies according to the profiles requested. Added to this are some fees (Dimona, etc.).
