As a pioneer of temporary work since 1954, Daoust Interim offers you temp work with its client companies. Temping allows you to experience various jobs in several companies and to build up a solid and diverse block of experience. These temporary jobs can be of any length (one day, one week, one month or several months) and in all types of sectors.
At Daoust, the consultant who takes care of you in your JobCenter is also the one who meets the customers. He or she can really help you find the jobs that suit you best!
Your contract and your rights
Since Daoust is your employer, you sign an employment contract with us. It is therefore Daoust who pays you on the basis of the same rights as the workers at the client customer. Your salary is transferred to your bank account at the end of each week following the receipt of your service provision sheet.
The status as a temporary employee makes no difference to your legal rights to work. You have the same rights as a permanent employee within the client’s company (sickness, accident at work, unemployment benefit, family allowance, holiday pay…).
