START’Intense – collective (Wallonia)

The START’Intense module is intended for people aged 18 to 24 who are out of the employment market and who wish to define, develop or consolidate a new professional direction.

START’Intense offers you 4 key steps: 

  • Career guidance 
  • Personal development (values, self-confidence, time management, stress 
  • management…) 
  • Tools (CV, cover letter, job interview…)
  • Experience on the job market  (internship)

The added value of our module is to help candidates, whatever their professional or personal situation, to find a project that reflects their skills, their expectations and the reality of the job market. This module focuses on discovering the job market and the behavioural codes to be acquired in a professional setting. It is intended for candidates with little or no experience in the job market. A real boost for starting out in working life. Each candidate will be welcomed, supervised and respected with empathy and kindness in accordance with Daoust’s values. 

How?

Primarily though collective support with individual meetings to assess each situation.

134 hours

For whom?

All job-seekers under the age of 25 registered with Forem seeking careers guidance.

MOVE’Intense- collective (Wallonia)

The MOVE’Intense module is intended for people aged 50 and over who are out of the employment market and who wish to define, develop or consolidate a new professional direction.

MOVE’Intense offers you 4 key steps

  • Career guidance 
  • Personal development (values, self-confidence, time management, stress 
  • management…) 
  • Tools (CV, cover letter, job interview…)
  • Experience on the job market  (internship)

The added value of our module is to help the candidate, whatever their professional background, to find a project that reflects their skills and expectations and the reality of the labour market. The quality of the module will focus on resilience and the importance of the professional and people-oriented experience acquired.

How?

Primarily though collective support with individual meetings to assess each situation.

205 hours

For whom?

All job-seekers over the age of 50 registered with Forem seeking careers guidance.

JUMP’Intense – collective (Wallonia)

The JUMP’Intense module is intended for people aged 18 to 64 who are out of the employment market and who wish to define, develop or consolidate a new professional direction.

JUMP’Intense offers you 4 key steps: 

  • Career guidance 
  • Personal development (values, self-confidence, time management, stress 
  • management…) 
  • Tools (CV, cover letter, job interview…)
  • Experience on the job market  (internship)

Jump’Intense aims to help the candidate, regardless of their professional background, find a project that reflects their skills and expectations and the reality of the labour market. Digital tools are also promoted.  

This programme is deliberately open to people aged 18 to 64 to encourage intergenerational exchange and the sharing of experiences between candidates and the Job Coach. 

How?

Primarily though collective support with individual meetings to assess each situation.

170 hours

For whom?

All job-seekers between 18 and 64 years of age who are registered with Forem and seeking careers guidance.

CHANGE’Direct – individual (Wallonia)

The CHANGE’Direct module is intended for job-seekers aged 18 to 64 with no major obstacles and who need guidance in order to determine, develop or consolidate their professional project. The applicant will need to have a stable internet connection, as the module is mostly delivered remotely. (video)

CHANGE’Direct offers you:

The module consists of three key stages: career orientation, personal development (values, self-confidence, time management, stress management) and immersion in the labour market. At the end of this short module, the candidate’s objective is to have a project that reflects their expectations, skills and the job market.  

How?

Via individual remote support (video) with face-to-face meetings to review the situation.

Duration

44 hours

For whom?

All job-seekers between 18 and 64 years of age registered with Forem who want to consolidate their professional project.
