Daoust is partner of Start.Lab, incubator of Solvay Entrepreneurs offering support to young entrepreneurs starting their business.
Exaris
Exaris is a temporary social work agency founded on 13 February 2007 in partnership with Actiris and Febecoop. Via this project, Daoust advances its commitment towards less qualified jobseekers in Brussels in order to help them and to reintegrate them into the job market via temporary employment.
Temporary social work differs from classic temporary work through its action of job coaching. The temporary worker will be coached, trained and advised by a consultant and a job coach. The candidates are prepared in different stages in the working environment and techniques for applying for jobs. The candidate will be supported and assisted throughout the project in order to get the job of his dreams.
The Daoust challenge is twofold. On one hand, it gives less qualified job hunters the opportunity of finding a job thanks to temporary employment. On the other hand, it enables the identification of companies, which, through their approach of social responsibility, are appreciative of integration and recruitment of quality personnel but who have little or no professional experience.
Via this project, Daoust advances its human, social and societal values and has this message conveyed throughout the corporate world.

Daoust takes care of recruiting students for Sodexo! We are looking for different profiles for the following sectors: cleaning, cooking, reception, etc.
